Bird Community Days in Three Provinces: Ninh Bình, Thái Bình, and Nam Định

Building on the success of the student field trips, WA continued to organize the Bird Community Day in three provinces: Ninh Bình (Yên Thắng Secondary School), Thái Bình (Nam Thịnh Secondary School), and Nam Định (Hoành Sơn Secondary School). Over 1,200 students and teachers from the three schools participated.

At the Bird Community Day, WA integrated the delivery of knowledge and information about migratory birds and wetland ecosystems through two main activities: the "Golden Bell Ringing" quiz and various experiential activity stations.

With 50 students from each school taking part, the students demonstrated their excellent knowledge of migratory birds gained from the previous field trips. Additionally, the activity stations at the schools included: drawing lucky money envelopes on the theme of migratory birds and wetlands, educational games, and displaying communication materials about migratory birds. These activities provided students with information through answering questions and overcoming challenges. Nearly 40 gifts were directly awarded to students, motivating them to engage further in learning about migratory birds and wetlands, nurturing their love for nature and wildlife, and encouraging actions to protect the environment.
