WildAct Vietnam is a non-profit organization focused on wildlife conservation in Vietnam, established in 2015. Our mission is to inspire, empower, and engage communities and individuals in direct conservation actions for endangered species and habitats, based on scientific evidence.

The Communications and Fundraising Officer is responsible for coordinating content, designing and producing communications materials, and implementing fundraising campaigns to promote WildAct’s conservation mission while mobilizing resources for conservation projects.
I. JOB DESCRIPTION
Content Coordination (30%)
Plan and edit content across social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). Content at WildAct will be written in both English and Vietnamese.
Share the project message in an inspiring way, providing useful, accurate information that reflects WildAct's brand identity.
Manage WildAct's online media, ensuring control over all comments and messages on WildAct's social channels.
Image and Video Coordination (30%)
Take responsibility for design and coordination with the team of collaborators to create WildAct’s promotional materials, including images, media posters, and promotional videos about the organization’s conservation programs and activities.
Handle photography and videography for project activities in Vietnam and abroad (if applicable).
Filter images and materials to post on social channels.
Produce recap videos after the completion of projects.
Fundraising Coordination (30%)
Plan and implement fundraising activities: sponsorship calls, community fundraising campaigns, etc.
Ensure that the project is implemented and achieves the set KPIs.
Proactively seek opportunities to expand networks, develop partnerships, and identify new sponsorship opportunities.
Produce merchandise for fundraising campaigns.
Research and create new merchandise ideas and approaches to enhance fundraising activities.
Other Tasks (10%)
Apply personal interest in conservation and environmental issues to develop new ideas, programs, and resources aligned with WildAct’s overall mission.
Complete other tasks assigned by the Director and Manager.
II. SKILLS
- Passionate about and interested in conservation work, with the ability to inspire others about the significance of conservation.
- Ability to write content that reflects a unique brand voice in both English and Vietnamese.
- Aesthetic sense to evaluate the visual appeal of communication products.
- Ability to create design briefs and collaborate with team members and external contributors.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changing demands.
- Creative, logical thinker with a detail-oriented approach to work.
- Strong time management skills and ability to manage colleagues' and partners' progress.
- Excellent communication skills, both tactful and effective.

IV. REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 6.0 or higher.
- At least 1 year of experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in managing content and producing media products (images/videos).
V. TIMELINE
